Ukrainian deadlifts or UDL’s are a great accessory movement. The increased range of motion mimics the pick on implements such as Atlas Stones, sandbags, etc.

 

 




Do not go heavy on these keep reps in the 8-12 range and focus on range of motion over weight. If you have existing mobility problems start slow and only go as low as you can.

 

If you do not have a duck walk implement or loading pin you can do these with a kettlebell as well.
