2. Deadlift 360-370kg reps max time 60 seconds.
3. Keg Toss (with sand) 15-20-25-30 kg platform 4.80 m max time 60 seconds
4. “Log Llift for reps” – 175 kg for reps max time 60 seconds.
5. Atlas Stones 140-180 kg 5 stone max time 60 seconds
