    OK, this answer may be on here somewhere and I have overlooked it. On the workout how long should I rest between sets? Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hey Josh,

    Hope you enjoy the program!

    The rest periods depends on your fitness level and the exercise.

    On main movements I recommend to rest 3-5 minutes between sets or as needed on accessories somewhere between 1-2 minutes.

    You can work on lowering the rest periods over time as you adapt as well.

    adding a lift to program? I would like add DOH axle deadlifts, whats the best way I should go about it?

      For double OH axle deadlifts I like to do them as a warm up on deadlift days to a heavy triple, double, etc
