A keg full of water weighs around 160
    full of sand around 240
to get higher than that you need to fill full of sand then add water, to keep increasing weight let the sand settle and the water absorb with this method I got a standard keg up to 295lbs

to get any higher than that you need to get lead shot, tire weights or concrete.

    Good luck!
