1. | Friday October 16, 2020Rogue Yoke walk; Down and back 120’The athlete must pick the yoke from the start on judges signal, carry for 60′ across the line. Drop. Turn around and repick to carry for 60′. Front of the implement must cross the line. Fastest time wins. Chalk and Strongman Corp Grip Shirts allowed. Unlimited drops. No intentional sliding. 2 | Friday October 16, 2020 Sandbag toss over bar.In this event, the athletes will attempt to toss a series of increasingly heavy Rogue Strongman Bags over a bar. The bar will remain at the set height for your weight class throughout the competition and cannot be knocked downSandbags will be lined up approximately 10′ from the bar. You’ll start behind a line. On go you must toss the sandbags over the crossbar. There will be a split time on each bag. Sandbags must be thrown in order. by the weighted bags.Sandbag weights:LWW 20,25,30,35 – 12′ bar height MWW 20,25,30,35 – 13′ bar height HWW 20,25,30,35 – 14′ bar height LWM 35,40,45,50 – 13′ bar height MWM 35,40,45,50 – 15′ bar height HWM 35,40,45,50 – 16′ bar height | 60 seconds time limit |
3. | Friday October 16, 2020 Hi-Temp Husafell stone carry max distance. Athlete will pick the h-stone from blocks and go for max distance with turns at 60′. Athletes will have 30 seconds to pick the H-stone after the judge gives the signal. Must touch the line. Chalk, gloves and Strongman Corp Grip shirts are allowed. 4. | Saturday October 17, 2020; Rogue Log Clean and Press – 60 sec to get as many reps as possible. Competitor must wait for DOWN command from judge. The log must touch the floor between each rep. Competitor must demonstrate control of the log at all times. No dropping the log from overhead. Chalk only, no tacky, no gloves, Grip shirts are ok as long as they are a Strongman Corporation grip shirts. Women will use 10″ log, Men will use 12″ log. 5. | Saturday October 17, 2020 Rogue Last Man Standing Deadlift. Bar will be a Rogue Ohio Deadlift Bar. Athletes do not have to take each attempt. Athletes may step in and out as desired but once you fail a 30 second attempt, you are out. For each weight attempt, each person will have 30 seconds from the judges “go” comman to strap in and complete the lift. Please Be ready to go so you don’t lose time. During the lift, the bar can be hitched, stopped, and even lowered so long as it is brought to the correct finish position at the conclusion of the lift. The legs and body must be held straight and motionless and the shoulders must be in line with the sides of the body before the “Down” signal is given. The knees must be straight at the finish of the lift. No lift will count until a “down” command is given. The bar cannot be bounced on the floor to gain momentum. Greasing or oiling the thighs is prohibited; only baby powder is permitted on thighs. Powder must be applied before coming onto the competiton floor. Straps are allowed. Your hand must grip the bar from start to finish in order to get a good lift. The bar must be lowered in control once you get a “down” call. You must have on shoes while on the competiton floor but may remove your shoes once you are at the bar, provided you have on socks. No DL suits or DL briefs allowed.
