Hafthor Bjornsson Sets Icelandic Log Press Record 213kg/469.5lbs

Hafthor Bjornsson pressed 213kg/469.5lbs on the log breaking his own Icelandic record winning of 200kg/441lbs on his way to his fourth Europes Strongest Man title

Bjornsson’s static strength has improved immensely and he now is in a three way tie for heaviest log press of all time. Breaking a national record by 13kg is not normal and it looks like he still has a few kg’s in reserve. Hafthor declined attempting 220kg as he had already won the event at Europes Strongest Man.
