Brittany Diamond

Brittany Diamond began her strong(wo)man career in August 2013, the summer of her junior year of college, when she came across a local show that had a women’s novice class. After graduating and finishing her DI rowing career at URI in May 2014 she began training for what she called the “road to strong(wo)man”. In August 2014 she placed first in the middleweight women’s class at the TPS MA State Strongman show, which was a national qualifier. Brittany then decided to compete at nationals six weeks later and ended up getting 2nd in the women’s 140-160 weight class, placing 6th overall in the middleweights. Brittany followed that up by placing 7th at the Arnold World Championships in 2015
