Training program Help!

I´m 17 year old guy. I have done 5×5 stronglifts and the inverted juggernaut method and the regular.
I want to be a firefighter when I grow up. When I finish school I will join the military service and when I finish that I will become a firefighter. But I´m feeling that the juggernaut method is not working for me, I´m probably doing something wrong.
So I was thinking that maybe you know a good program for me? My Max ATM is Bench: 80kg/176pounds OWHP: 65kg/143pounds Squat: 130kg/286pounds Deadlift: 130kg/286pounds
