A 4-5 day strongman/bodybuilding program
So I am starting work soon and won’t be able to be at the gym 6 days a week. I would like to be able to still go around 4, maybe 5 days a week. I recently started getting interested into strongman and want to add a full strongman day into my week.
For this day I was thinking farmers walk, yoke carry, and atlas stone (with plates and barbell end).
For the next 3-4 days I would like to be able to do bodybuilding type exercises.
So my question is, how would you suggest I setup my week for this type of program? And what type of rep range would you suggest for this program if I’m wanting to gain mass/strength?
