2017 Arnold Strongman Classic Event Schedule
A few changes this year including no Cyr Dumbbell. In its place is a sandbag throw over bar. Another big change is the Austrian Oak only being 430lbs this year.
The addition of the throw over bar will favor athletes such as Shaw & Bjornsson (along with the lighter log lift)
